We begin the day with a brief introduction to Ayurveda.
Take a Dosha quiz after that to know your Dosha. We then learn about an ideal morning routine that Ayurveda suggests as per the season.
Enjoy 75 mins of asana, pranayama and meditation as part of this routine.
This will be followed by a nourishing vegan brunch during which you learn more about Ayurveda and its principles on diet, food and lifestyle, with a specific focus on the summer season.
This workshop is hosted by Priya Raghavan, Founder of Earthen Living, with yoga led by Jess Long and live music by Gareth Jones.

In the afternoon, you will learn about a few common plants in the garden and their uses in skincare. We will then smell, test and explore the properties of some carrier and essential oils. You will then be guided to blend your own botanical oil to take home to use for your summer skincare routine.
