An exploration of the world of seeds through a 3-course culinary journey around OmVed’s greenhouse and gardens.
Join us for an evening of discovery in our tranquil oasis of green in North London. Our plant-based and carbon-neutral menu has been carefully curated to explore all things “seed” and will feature organic fruits & vegetables from our Kitchen Garden, as well as wild produce foraged on-site. You will also enjoy an array of ferments and preserves paired with a selection of botanical beverages and biodynamic wines.
OmVed Gardens’ participation at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show is a tribute to tiny beginnings and an invitation to join the seed-saving movement: a movement that aims to improve biodiversity, strengthen our food systems, and spread a little joy.
We believe that saving seed is one of the most human acts we can undertake. A circular act with the potential to regenerate ecosystems and connect communities with a duty of care for the well-being of people and the planet, and we couldn’t think of a better food theme than seeds for our first Supper Club of the season.
We believe that food exploration is best served with a twist of surprise, so will keep the menu a secret until you arrive at the gardens.
