Perrine Bulgheroni is a renowned farmer who, along with Charles Herve-Gruyer, co-founded the famous Bec Hellouin, an ecoculture farm in Northern France and co-authored the Living with the Earth series of books.
She has recently co-authored the recipe book “La Foi, La Fourche and La Fourchete” and took part on our recent "Evolving Food Futures" Event with Chefs' Manifesto.
