Sprinkle a little kimchi magic onto your dishes! Our Chef Jo March has a simple method for turning kimchi into a delicious and versatile seasoning that adds an umami flavour with a kick.
Method:
Step 1
Lay out some kimchi on a tray
Step 2
Dehydrate your kimchi in the oven by putting it in on the lowest temperature for around 1.5 hours to 2 hours
Step 3
Grind up the dehydrated kimchi into a powder
