This year the Food Ethics Council turned 25. But instead of celebrating by looking back, they decided to look forwards. So they brought together a panel of three young women, all aged 25 or under, to share their visions of a fairer food system.
Under the shade of the willow tree at OmVed, we heard from Lucy Tarbox, new entrant dairy farmer, Paige Hunt, sustainability executive at Sainsbury's, and Christina Adane, campaigner for food justice and founding co-chair of BiteBack 2030. Tesni Clare shares some inshights to the panel in this blog post.
Congratulations to the Food Ethics Council for their dedicated work and thanks to everyone who joined and listened and contributed to the conversation.
