Here’s a really simple way to preserve wild garlic and enjoy it throughout the year, by Josephine Marchandise, Head of our Creative and Regenerative Kitchen:

  • Chop and grind your wild garlic

  • Add sea salt

  • Spread it our and let it dry over night

  • Place in a sealed jar and store in a cool dry place
