Midweek Meditation: Movement with Nandita Shankardass

Midweek Meditation: Movement with Nandita Shankardass
GET TICKETS

Join us for an evening of grounding, flow, and creativity in this Movement Meditation with Welcome Movement®. Guided by Nandita Shankardass, we’ll explore mindfulness and creative movement to explore energy, spark imagination, and cultivate connection to ourselves and the world around us.

We will ground our energy and tune into our inner space through mindful moments. Followed by guided movement, we’ll transform energy through various states of being. Connecting to our surroundings and drawing inspiration from the natural world, we'll journey through this experience together, supported by our senses, intuition and imagination.

This is a curated experience to support you to arrive to stillness, ground, reflect and tune into your body. From this place, you’ll be guided to move gently, intuitively and freely. (Journalling or drawing is welcome and encouraged)

If the weather is dry and warm, we may step outside to the gardens to enjoy moving safely there for a part of our session together.

No previous experience necessary, everyone is welcome to join.

Feedback from previous attendees...

The flow of the session felt complete and intentional, guiding us gently from one stage to another. I discovered many new practices and perspectives throughout the session, making it feel truly transformative in several aspects of life. The combination of mindful movement, calming music, and the beautiful location created the perfect environment for deep relaxation and inner clarity Sanket

I loved how the session wove together different practices - journaling, intention-setting, astrology, meditation, yoga, dance, and more - to create a beautiful constellation of grounding and restorative moments. Nandita held the space with such grace. - Alice
