On Sunday 31st May 2026, OmVed Gardens will open its gates for a special day in support of the National Garden Scheme.
From 11am to 3pm, visitors are invited to wander the gardens at their own pace, taking in a rich tapestry of planting that reflects OmVed’s commitment to biodiversity, sustainability and connection with nature. Bring a sketchbook, a notebook, or simply your curiosity, this is a space to slow down and immerse yourself. In late May, the gardens are coming into their own: expect meadows beginning to bloom, pollinators in abundance, and a vibrant, ever-changing landscape shaped by the season.
Whether you’re a seasoned gardener, a creative looking for inspiration, or simply seeking a peaceful way to spend a Sunday, there’s something here for you. Take time to explore, pause, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
Entry is £10 for adults (bookable via the National Garden Scheme website), with children going free. All proceeds go directly to the National Garden Scheme, which provides vital funding for nursing and health charities through its network of over 3,300 open gardens across the UK.
Light refreshments will be available in the café, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the afternoon.
