The World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian organisation saving lives in emergencies and using food assistance to build a pathway to peace, stability and prosperity, for people recovering from conflict, disasters and the impact of climate change.
In alignment with our interest in food as a central aspect to build health and climate resilience, we collaborate with The World Food Programme to bring awareness to their initiatives and programmes, using the space for advocacy, exhibitions, events and knowledge-sharing.

In 2020, the WFP was awarded with the Nobel Peace Prize for its efforts to combat hunger, promote peace in conflict-affected areas, and prevent the use of hunger as a weapon of war and conflict.
OmVed Gardens proudly supports the work of the World Food Programme in transforming our food systems, advocating for climate action, building resilience and highlighting the importance of school meals and good nutrition.
