Enjoy a thoughtful, creative low-waste cooking that responds to the land, the season, and the soul. The menu draws on wild and native ingredients grown in our permaculture garden, preserved in our kitchen, and sourced from local farmers. Led by Josephine Marchandise and Georgia Dowling.
Inspired by our current exhibition Bisila Noha: Ile Ọkàn (House of the Soul), this unique Supper Club is rooted in the theme of "listening as care".
Each supper is a multi-sensory journey from seed to plate, shaped by attentive listening to soil, plants, processes, and the art on display at the Barn, and featuring over 70 varieties of plants. This deeply conscious approach to how food is grown, prepared, and shared invites a slower, more connected way of dining. Watch this behind-the-scenes video to see how we bring hyperlocal, seasonal food to the table.
The evening will also feature a special guest, OmVed Gardens Artist of the Month Bisila Noha, who will introduce the ideas and work behind the exhibition Bisila Noha: Ile Ọkàn (House of the Soul), offering an inspiring and reflective backdrop to the dinner.

About the host:
The OmVed Kitchen is a place to research, learn, teach and share knowledge about sustainable culinary practices, where we transform the food harvested in the garden, connect with chefs and food experts from around the world and learn to fuel our bodies, souls and soils. The kitchen hosts food workshops, supper clubs, partnerships with organisations like the World Food Programme & Chefs Manifesto and a yearly Fermentation Celebration. The kitchen is led by Josephine Marchandise & Georgia Dowling.
